Maintenance Schedule: Continued Monthly preventative service maintaining pest listed above. This service fee is monthly for 10 months of the year. 9 visits between Mar-Nov & 1 winter visit Dec-Feb.
Pest Covered: All General Pest including Spiders, Ants, Millipedes, Centipedes, Earwigs, Wasp, Boxelders, Silverfish, Crickets, Beetles, Sow bugs, Stink bugs, Mice, Rats, Clover Mites, Hornets.
Bonus Pests: Mosquito’s, Fleas, Moles, Ticks, Eastern Subterranean Termites.
NOTE: Termite prevention pending initial termite inspection. Additional Fee’s will apply for properties found with active termites present.
Regular Service Schedule: Preventative exterior treatment & for all pests listed above, every month March thru Nov.
Termite monitoring stations serviced quarterly.
Interior services upon request at any time.
One Winter visit Dec-Feb and will include interior treatment, attic treatment and termite inspection.
Mosquito & Tick Booster: Exterior mist treatment done monthly May thru Oct.
Mole Booster: In ground bait placement done as needed. March thru Nov.
