Quarterly Service
Our Quarterly prevention option. Detailed service to protect your home from the general Iowa pests we experience once per season. Ideal for the homeowner who wants help but doesn’t necessarily want a more in-depth plan. Great for newer homes.
Maintenance Schedule: Every 3 months, or 4 times per year
Pest Covered: All General Pest Including Spiders, Ants, Millipedes, Centipedes, Earwigs, Wasp, Boxelders, Silverfish, Crickets, Beetles, Sow bugs, Stink bugs, Mice, Rats, Clover Mites, Hornets.
Regular Service Schedule: Preventative Exterior Treatment for All above Pest Done Quarterly. Interior Services upon request at any time. One Winter visit consisting of Interior Treatment, and Attic Treatment.
Additional Fee’s will be applied for Non- General Pest: Mosquito’s, Termites, Moles, Bed Bugs, Fleas, Ticks.
