Allen came in and assessed all of the units separately. He then took the time to make a plan of action for each building. We used all of his resources to combat the pestilence. He showed us what issues in the apartments were contributing to the pest infestation so that we could communicate with our residents. His team worked directly with residents in preparation for any and all treatments. He built documentation that was provided to our residents, as well as provides walk throughs so residents understood exactly what was needed from them for a successful chemical or heat treatment. Allen followed up after each treatment as often as needed until the issues were resolved.
Allen not only took the time to educate our staff about the issues related to pest control, he was available at a moment’s notice to field questions or concerns from staff or residents during these treatments and monthly pest inspections. He and his team have a way of talking to our residents that puts them at ease and won’t leave until they are comfortable with the process and pre-treatment checklists. We have come so far from where we began in 2013 and we could not have done it without Perfection Pest Management.
Allen’s team provides detailed notes of our inspections which I use to make notices for residents who are not complying with treatment procedures, rules and regulations. As you know, in property management, documentation is key and his notes are impeccable.
